In refrigeration systems, using evaporative condensers is more economical and effective than general condenser equipment such as air-cooled or shell and tube cooling towers. Our company's products have excellent design, compact structure, small footprint, easy installation, and minimal on-site engineering installation, greatly reducing on-site installation costs. Adopting our company's evaporative cooling system requires minimal initial investment.

Low operating costs

Evaporative condenser has high efficiency, saving about 1/2 of power consumption compared to air-cooled and water-cooled condensers. The circulating water volume only accounts for 1/8 of water-cooled condenser. Through experimental evaluation, evaporative condenser has better heat dissipation performance than water-cooled condenser, lower unit cooling cost, and superior performance. Our company's evaporative cooling products have low operating costs, long lifespan, low maintenance costs, water and electricity conservation, and are economically effective.


Heat transfer coil

The special-shaped heat transfer coil is manufactured by the company's technology, using ultra long specially designed high-frequency welded steel pipes made of strip steel, with uniform pipe walls and high heat exchange efficiency. The design of the heat exchange tube effectively prevents the occurrence of "dry spots" when spraying water compared to ordinary circular tubes, greatly improving the heat transfer performance.

After installation, the heat exchange coil underwent a 2.5Mpa air pressure test and underwent overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment.

Made of 2mm thick imported Korean aluminum zinc coated steel plate, the sink can be made of stainless steel plate. Apply zinc rich paint to the cross-section of the board to prevent corrosion. It has the characteristics of high strength and strong corrosion resistance.


water spray system

The water spray design that can be directly repaired can also be easily and quickly repaired during operation. The nozzle and coil adopt a high flow, anti clogging basket type nozzle, which can maintain non clogging even in harsh operating environments.

The nozzle is fixed on the corrosion-resistant PVC moisture pipe, and through accurate calculation, it can ensure continuous and uniform coverage of the heat exchange tube, preventing the occurrence of water film "dry spots" on the pipe wall.


Water collector (water blocking plate)

Assembling a water collector can effectively remove water droplets carried in the exhaust airflow, resulting in a circulating water flow rate of less than 0.001%. The water collector is made of corrosion-resistant fiberglass material and features a multi-channel design to achieve good anti floating effect. The water collectors are installed in groups and are easy to disassemble for maintenance of internal water distribution systems and other components. In addition to reducing the floating rate, the water collector also plays a role in protecting the unit, preventing debris from falling into the unit and sunlight from shining inside the unit.

The axial flow fan of SEC type evaporative condenser is composed of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy hollow injection molded blades. The fan is installed in a duct with a streamlined inlet, and air is discharged through the duct. The top clearance volume is small, which greatly improves the efficiency of the fan.

The ventilation fan impellers of SLC and VC/SVC units are designed with forward curved centrifugal design and hot-dip galvanized steel structure. All blades have undergone dynamic and static balance tests and are installed inside a hot-dip galvanized steel vortex shell. The bracket of the centrifugal fan is made of high-strength angle steel, greatly increasing stability and extending the service life of the fan. Centrifugal fans are particularly suitable for situations that require low noise and organic external static pressure due to their inherent low noise characteristics. In addition, the noise generated by the ventilation fan is directional. Therefore, noise problems can be avoided by moving the single-sided air inlet of the unit away from noise sensitive areas.


PVC heat exchange layer

SEC series evaporative cooling is equipped with PVC heat exchange layer, which is made of PVC material to prevent biochemical corrosion and erosion, and is not brittle and anti-aging. Honeycomb cross flow structure can evenly distribute cooling water and improve the heat transfer efficiency of cooling water.

Adopting a well-known brand of evaporative condenser dedicated water pump, it has the advantages of low power, large flow rate, low head, low noise, long outdoor design and service life, and can be equipped with a descaling device according to customer requirements.


sealing technology

Use imported high-temperature resistant polyurethane sealant for sealing. This sealant has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. After solidification, it has a smooth and beautiful appearance, good elasticity, and achieves long-term leak prevention.


SLC series

The belt drive part of the device can be easily maintained from the outside, and there are inspection holes on the side of the box, which allows easy access to the inside of the device for maintenance.
